Hello friends!
Thank you so much for all the amazing feedback on my new book! It really means the world to me that you're as enthusiastic about it as I am. I'm thrilled to jump right in with you and guide you through the techniques and methods it covers. Are you pumped to start your journey as a designer and bring your creative dreams to life? I'm super excited to help you achieve that!
To kick things off, I've gathered a small group of sewing buddies to join me on an incredible virtual book tour. This will give us a chance to explore all the exciting ways you can use this book. The digital portion kicks off tomorrow, and then later in October and early November, I'll be hitting the road across the U.S., meeting some of you in person and working side-by-side to help you turn your design ideas into reality.
Starting tomorrow and continuing every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for the next three weeks, visit the blog to discover who our special guests will be for each stop on the tour. We're keeping it a surprise so you'll get a fresh sneak peek three times a week into how one of our friends has been inspired by the *Oliver + S Building Block Dress* book.

Once the virtual tour wraps up, I'll be jetting off to Houston for Quilt Market and then onto the physical book tour. Hope you can join me along the way!
Here’s the full itinerary for the book tour. Click on the links for more details and registration info:
- **October 29-31**: International Quilt Market, Houston TX. Catch me chilling with the team at Robert Kaufman, who supplied most of the fabrics featured in the book. We'll be stationed in booth #636, where I'll host a trunk show and sign copies of the book on Saturday, October 29 at 2:00 PM. (Please note that Quilt Market is a trade show and not open to the general public.)
- **November 1**: Book signing and meet-and-greet at Fancy Tiger, Denver, CO
- **November 2**: Workshop at Fancy Tiger, Denver, CO
- **November 5**: Workshop and book signing/meet-and-greet at Dry Goods Design, Seattle, WA
- **November 10**: Workshop and book signing at Fiberge (in collaboration with Sewn Studio), Cincinnati, OH
- **November 11**: Book signing and meet-and-greet at CraftSouth, Nashville, TN
- **November 12**: Workshop at CraftSouth, Nashville, TN
- **November 14**: Workshop and book signing at Rock Paper Scissors, Montclair, NJ
If you're in or near any of these cities—or even if you're willing to travel—be sure to sign up quickly! Space is limited, and so is my travel time. (S is already stressing about me being away from home for three whole weeks!)
