Overview

An industrial wool fabric for filtering air and collecting metal powder. Its characteristic is that the air permeability is moderate, the minimum particle of the metal powder basically does not pass, and the warp and weft strength is high and the elongation is small. The raw materials are fine-wool and fine nylon staple fiber blended into 125tex (8-millimeter) woollen yarn as warp and weft yarns, and weaved with 2/2 twill weave. The billet is heavy-dulled. Washing, drying, shaping, finished product specifications are two kinds of 1.4mX50m or 1.5mX50m, the mass per unit area is about 600g/m2. Mainly used in metallurgy, chemical industry.
