Overview

The non-woven filter material used in the vacuum cleaner has the advantages of good elasticity, easy forming, good shape retention, repeated cleaning, and the like. Raw materials are mainly made of polyester fibers, laminated nonwoven fabrics are used as base fabrics, and are made by chemical bonding. The adhesives are self-crosslinking acrylic emulsions. The mass per unit area is 200~250g/m2, and the technical specifications include strength, extension, air permeability, filtration efficiency and so on. The ultra-fine filter material is composed of polypropylene spunbonded non-woven fabric and melt-blown polypropylene non-woven fabric. The product has high strength and good filtering efficiency.
