Overview

Filter bag made of fabric or needle felt. The fabric filter is mainly based on the fibers in the interstices of the warp and weft yarns or the fluff of the pile fabric to intercept the coarse particles in the liquid medicine. Needle felt is a compact body in which fibers are intertwined by needle punching. When a liquid drug passes through micropores between fibers, coarse particles are more likely to be intercepted by fibers, so that the needle punch felt has a lower filter efficiency than fabrics. Filtration material has high filtration efficiency.

Filter media used on drug filters are usually needled felts with a base cloth. The raw materials used are: the bottom fabric is made of polyester staple fiber yarns; the raw materials of the laying layer are required to have high temperature resistance, polyester staple fiber can be used, and if the temperature requirement is generally acceptable, polypropylene staple fiber can be used, and polypropylene can be used as the raw material to reduce the cost.
